Squeezing In Yoga Training to be Fit

On my 37th Birthday last November 2016, I decided to advance my New Year’s Resolution; use my Slimmers’ World Lifetime Gym Membership and continue my Yoga Training to be fit and healthy (I tried Bikram Yoga before but discontinued it due to schedule restraint).

Aside from relaxing my mind, Yoga training  activates my body’s blood circulation and gives me a well-rested feeling which I get after a body massage.

It is also in the shower of the gym where I have my me-time to condition my hair and scrub my skin without the boys asking me if I’m already finish taking a bath.

Hence, this 2017, I decided to squeeze in my training in my schedule. Hopefully, I can make it a habit.
